When Drums Speak
Traditional West African drumming is not simply music to sit and listen to. In African cultures, drums are a driving force that invites everyone to take an active part in creating a sense of community. They resonate with people’s life stories, preserve cultural heritage, bring people together, and serve as a means of spiritual expression.
The programme is based on a musical part but also on a spoken word that will be given in Czech language only. The programme will not be supplied with English subtitles.
